Head of Marketing (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to person for all marketing-related matters, driving thought leadership, developing sales playbooks, and creating impactful customer stories through case studies and video.Spearhead the planning and execution of community-building events, including onsite VR community days and informative webinars, to engage with customers and prospects.Conduct comprehensive market research to serve the platform/product and sales teams with valuable market insights, supporting business growth and strategy refinement. Foster seamless collaboration between various departments and manage relationships with freelancers and agencies to ensure effective marketing support across the board. Leverage expertise in account-based marketing (ABX) and solution marketing to tailor strategies that resonate with our target audience, enhancing brand presence and market share. Champion the marketing vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and enhancing our position in the market.Your profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex B2B marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategy development and execution. Solid background in solution marketing and account-based marketing (ABX), with the ability to craft tailored marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales. Experience in the VR/AR, Life Sciences, or software development industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Prior experience at a higher manager level in smaller companies, or as a key player or regional manager in larger organizations, showcasing the ability to adapt and lead in diverse business settings. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of providing market insights and supporting sales teams with actionable intelligence. Experience working in or with US-headquartered companies, with an understanding of the dynamics and expectations of high-growth companies considered a plus. What we offer you:
