About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this executive-level position, you will lead our growth efforts by spearheading effective acquisition strategies and driving loan originations. You will manage budgets, oversee channel managers, and ensure our marketing initiatives align with our broader organizational goals. This is a highly visible role that requires close collaboration with our risk, finance, data science, and product teams to build a scalable, multi-channel marketing platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy designed to drive scalable and profitable growth for our consumer lending products.
- Scale performance marketing across a variety of channels, including direct mail, email, affiliate, and digital content, to improve both acquisition and retention.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of growth marketers while fostering a culture of continuous testing, data-driven optimization, and innovation.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who brings a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to our leadership team. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing and customer acquisition, specifically managing significant budgets tied to revenue targets.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing and developing marketing teams.
- Strong background in the consumer lending industry or a related field, with a solid understanding of how marketing channels interact with credit risk and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in modern marketing technologies, including AI for personalization and advanced attribution modeling.
- A data-focused approach with a proven ability to communicate complex strategies to senior leadership.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
