We are looking for a results-driven Head of Marketing to join our team in Berlin. At Lightspeed, we power the businesses that serve as the backbone of the global economy. What you'll be doing

You will design and execute comprehensive marketing roadmaps, campaigns, and projects tailored to the German market to drive revenue and pipeline growth.
You will manage the marketing budget for the region while taking full accountability for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization initiatives.
You will act as a key partner to our sales and product teams, providing them with the tools and strategies needed to support product launches and commercial objectives.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in B2B software or commerce marketing. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with exposure to the hospitality industry.
Full professional fluency in both German and English.
A strategic, data-driven mindset with proven expertise in project management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a collaborative and motivating presence across cross-functional teams.
