What you bring
As our Head of Marketing Communications, you will lead the charge in crafting and executing innovative strategies that elevate our brand in a competitive market. This full-time, hybrid role is based in the United States and requires you to be in our SoHo office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You will be responsible for:
- Developing comprehensive communication strategies that integrate social media, influencer marketing, public relations, and partnerships to drive brand consistency and growth.
- Leading and mentoring a team of three while managing relationships with external agencies to ensure our campaigns deliver high impact and measurable ROI.
- Defining and managing the budget across all communications pillars to ensure our content and messaging resonate effectively throughout the entire consumer funnel.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned marketing expert with 8 to 10 years of experience in integrated marketing communications. You should have a proven track record of managing high-impact social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR strategies, along with extensive experience in executive producing engaging video content. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates market trends, and possesses the leadership skills to guide a small team toward a shared vision. Strong proficiency in English is required, and experience working with media or creative agencies is considered a significant plus.
What we offer
We believe in rewarding our team with a competitive total rewards package. The base salary hiring range for this position is $158,000 to $218,000, with the final offer determined by your experience, skills, and location. Beyond compensation, we provide:
