Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market development strategy for North America, identifying key segments and high-potential growth opportunities.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure regional alignment.
- Manage regional operating cadences, including leadership councils, pipeline reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Partner with strategic finance and departmental leads to manage regional P&L, including setting targets, headcount, and budgets.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Mews by building relationships with key industry stakeholders and representing the company at major events.
- Provide actionable feedback to the product team based on local market needs to inform future development.
- Identify and resolve operational gaps to ensure the attainment of commercial and customer success targets.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, business operations, or general management, ideally within the SaaS, fintech, or consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of owning regional or country-level planning while leading multi-functional teams.
- Strong ability to drive collaboration and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Deep strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze market trends, set priorities, and make high-impact decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Experience working closely with commercial teams such as Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000 USD. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for performance-based commissions. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
