What is this role?

This is a full-time, senior-level position for a Head of Machine Learning. The role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere.

What will you do?

• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day mentorship to a global team of machine learning engineers and researchers.
• Define the team’s technical roadmap, align it with company objectives, and manage project timelines and resources to deliver results.
• Partner with engineering, product, and research teams while recruiting and developing talent to keep the group high-performing.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring at least seven years of industry experience in machine learning and at least two years of management experience leading high-performing teams. You have a deep grasp of machine-learning principles, algorithms, and frameworks, along with the ability to turn business goals into clear technical plans. Strong written and verbal communication skills help you explain complex ideas, and you excel at spotting and solving difficult technical problems. Because the work happens in English, fluency in that language is essential. Hands-on experience shipping production models, familiarity with 3D reconstruction or generative AI research, and knowledge of autonomous-systems applications are all highly valued.
