Head of Learning at NXTLVL

We are NXTLVL, and we are on a mission to redefine the future of education. By blending innovative pedagogy with immersive, game-based experiences, we create unique learning journeys for children. We are currently looking for a visionary leader to join our remote team and help us shape the next generation of educational content and platforms.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Head of Learning to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a lead-level position where you will report directly to our founders. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of our learning principles, curriculum framework, and the overall quality of the educational material we deliver to our users.

What will you do?

• Design and implement our core pedagogy, curriculum, and session structures to ensure they align with our vision for the future of education.
• Partner with our product and design teams to transform learning objectives into tangible, immersive, and highly effective experiences.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of our programs and use data to continuously improve our offerings.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in education and a passion for developing soft skills and mental models in children. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You hold a Master’s or PhD in Education or a closely related field.
• You bring over 7 years of experience in curriculum design, educational program development, and content creation.
• You have a proven track record of leadership within high-growth startups or innovative, fast-paced environments.
• You possess excellent communication skills in English and have the ability to articulate complex educational science to parents, partners, and children alike.
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are ready to jump into a hands-on, startup environment where you can both lead and execute.
