Role at a glance
We are seeking a Head of IT to join us on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position based in Ireland, offering a hybrid work environment. You will own our internal IT function from top to bottom, balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational excellence as we continue to scale.
Your impact
- Strategic Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team while fostering strong partnerships with our Engineering, Security, Finance, and People departments to align technology with our business goals.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including device management, identity provisioning, and the maintenance of robust office infrastructure across our global locations.
- Security & Automation: Drive efficiency by implementing automated workflows and zero-touch provisioning, while ensuring our systems remain secure, compliant, and audit-ready.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for scaling internal systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience leading internal IT functions within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong background in vendor management, contract negotiation, and managing globally distributed support teams.
- Expertise in SaaS administration, device management, and modern identity access frameworks.
- A demonstrated ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- A bias toward automation and standardization to reduce manual toil.
- Fluency in English.
