What you bring

As our Head of ISP, you will take charge of designing, building, and managing the platforms that power our core eCommerce site and internal IT infrastructure. This is a senior, full-time role based in the United Kingdom, operating in a hybrid capacity. You will report directly to the CTO and lead a team of DevOps engineers and IT support specialists to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient, and high-performing. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Evolving our DevOps culture by refining delivery pipelines, security controls, and advanced monitoring systems.
• Taking operational ownership of our production platforms, including managing incidents and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Leading the internal IT support team to oversee the daily maintenance, development, and upgrading of our organizational IT systems.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned technologist who is equally comfortable with hands-on delivery and high-level strategic leadership. You should possess deep expertise in cloud platforms, with a specific focus on AWS, and have a proven track record of managing teams of skilled engineers. A strong background in security is essential, including experience with firewalls, vulnerability management, SIEM, and EDR technologies. You should be a proactive problem solver who is comfortable leading best practices across multiple teams.
