The opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Internal Infrastructure to take charge of our technology operations. This is a senior role where you will be responsible for the architecture and reliability of the systems that our traders and engineers rely on every single day. You will have the unique chance to build a high-performing team from the ground up, shaping the culture and technical standards of our infrastructure department. Whether you are working from our offices in Dubai or London, or joining us remotely from anywhere in the world, you will be a key player in ensuring our technical foundation is as sharp as our trading algorithms.

A day in the life

• You will oversee the smooth performance of our critical internal services, including Git, Jira, Artifactory, and our VPN infrastructure.
• You will lead the effort to establish and enforce industry best practices, ensuring that our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and highly efficient.
• You will mentor and manage a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative environment where documentation and clear communication are prioritized to support our global operations.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep background in managing internal infrastructure and a passion for technology. You thrive in environments that require quick thinking and strategic planning. We are looking for someone who brings the following to our team:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing internal infrastructure and services.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide a team through the unique pressures of a high-frequency trading environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset that allows you to make decisions that positively impact trading performance.
• A commitment to excellence, demonstrated by your ability to create comprehensive documentation and implement rigorous operational processes.
• Fluency in English to ensure seamless collaboration with our international team.
