What is this role?
This is a full-time, executive-level position for a Head of Integrated Marketing Campaigns. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, with team members expected in the office at least two days per week.
What will you do?
- Lead the creation and execution of revenue-focused, multi-channel campaign strategies that generate sales-qualified pipeline and align tightly with business growth targets.
- Own Account-Based Marketing initiatives, partnering closely with sales to develop joint account plans and improve engagement across targeted buyer personas.
- Drive event-based demand generation, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event campaigns that maximize ROI from virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and webinars.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring twelve or more years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on integrated campaign leadership inside B2B SaaS organizations. You have a proven ability to build campaigns that directly support sales targets and create measurable pipeline growth. Expertise in Account-Based Marketing, outbound collaboration, and tools such as Marketo is essential. You are comfortable translating business objectives into clear strategies, measuring performance through data and analytics, and guiding cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Strong content strategy skills, creative thinking, and the ability to stay ahead of market trends round out your profile. All work is conducted in English.

The base salary range for this role within the San Francisco Bay Area is $233,100 - $270,900.
