What is this role?
We are looking for a Head of Integrated Communications to join our Flamingo brand team. This is a full-time, executive-level position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid capacity, joining us in our SoHo office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to collaborate with your colleagues in person.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that unify our social media, influencer marketing, and public relations efforts to drive brand consistency and growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of three, setting clear goals for community engagement, content creation, and performance reporting.
- Manage relationships with our external social, influencer, and PR agencies to ensure all campaigns deliver measurable ROI and align with our brand voice.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned marketing leader with 8 to 10 years of experience in integrated communications. You have a proven track record of managing high-impact social media campaigns and influencer partnerships, and you are comfortable commissioning and producing engaging video content. You possess strong strategic planning skills, a deep understanding of performance analytics, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates shifting consumer trends, and values deep cross-functional collaboration with teams like brand, retail, and product.
