The opportunity

As our Head of Institutional Sales (Trading, APAC), you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will work directly with our senior leadership to introduce our comprehensive suite of cryptocurrency products to institutions across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a high-impact, full-time, on-site role where you will own the entire customer lifecycle, from initial outreach and deal origination to long-term relationship management. You will be instrumental in helping us expand our footprint, ensuring that our clients receive the institutional-grade solutions they need to thrive in a complex market.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with our global teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that bring our crypto offerings to a diverse range of APAC-based institutions.
• You will lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities and managing the end-to-end negotiation process, ensuring every client has a seamless experience with our platform.
• You will serve as a bridge between our internal departments, including product, compliance, and legal, to solve complex technical and policy challenges while maintaining strong, productive relationships with our counterparties.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in financial markets, specifically within crypto, FICC, or equities. You have a deep understanding of linear and non-linear derivatives and are comfortable navigating both CeFi and DeFi environments. You are a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships at the C-suite level and thrives in an office-first environment. Because our work spans the APAC region, you must be fluent in English, and fluency in Chinese is highly preferred. You approach problems with a solutions-oriented mindset and possess the intellectual curiosity to master the nuances of regional market microstructure.
