Role at a glance
We are seeking a Head of HR to join our team in a full-time, senior-level capacity. This is a remote role, meaning you can work from anywhere while collaborating with our distributed team. You will report directly to our COO and play a pivotal role in shaping how we support, develop, and retain our talent as we expand.
Your impact
- Design and implement scalable frameworks for performance management, career progression, and organizational development to ensure our team remains high-performing as we grow.
- Serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team by coaching managers on effective feedback, conflict resolution, and building a culture rooted in accountability and transparency.
- Oversee all core HR operations, including compliance with employment laws, benefits administration, and the refinement of our people systems to support a global workforce.
What you'll need
- Over 10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in leadership roles within scaling technology companies.
- Deep expertise in performance management, leadership coaching, and navigating the complexities of U.S. and Canadian employment laws.
- A hands-on approach to building HR systems and a passion for supporting distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to executives.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
