We are Fantasy, a design agency with over twenty years of experience partnering with industry leaders like Google, Microsoft, Nike, Spotify, and Peacock to create digital products used by billions. As we enter a new chapter focused on building intelligent, AI-driven experiences, we are looking for a Head of Growth to join our senior leadership team. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Oversee our growth and marketing teams while sharing accountability for the agency's total P&L, including $11.5m in direct growth responsibility.
- Drive commercial profitability by developing new client strategies and accurate forecasting.
- Identify and secure net new business opportunities to increase our pipeline of qualified prospects year over year.
- Launch and manage internal business programs to ensure high levels of awareness and effectiveness.
- Re-engage historical clients and manage passive new business inquiries.
- Cultivate industry and press relationships while guiding innovative marketing strategies.
- Secure multi-year client renewals and collaborate with our C-Suite on new service and product opportunities.
Must-haves
- A proven track record of managing and contributing to at least $30m in revenue.
- Extensive experience in building relationships with C-Suite executives across various industries.
- Strong leadership background in managing both growth and marketing initiatives.
- The ability to articulate market trends and performance clearly.
- Demonstrated success in defusing escalations and managing multiple teams with precision.
- A clear point of view on client business strategy, supported by proven case studies.
- Fluency in English.
