Getsafe is a digital insurance company dedicated to helping people make smart life choices while providing support when it matters most. We replace complex paperwork with a seamless, all-in-one app that allows customers to manage their coverage in real time. Since our launch in 2018, we have grown to serve over 500,000 customers and have secured our own insurance license from BaFin. We are now looking for a Head of Growth to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to lead marketing as a core function within a cross-functional environment, helping us continue our mission to make insurance simple and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy that leverages trust to drive scalable, organic growth across all channels.
- Lead a high-performing team while collaborating with product and data specialists to implement advanced measurement frameworks, such as Marketing Mix Modelling and incrementality testing.
- Design and refine scalable growth loops in partnership with our product teams to foster network effects and sustainable user acquisition.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a lead role managing performance marketing and driving organic growth.
- A deep understanding of how to integrate paid media, partnerships, and organic strategies to build a cohesive brand presence.
- Strong technical proficiency in data analysis, including a data-obsessed mindset and experience with attribution, audience segmentation, and performance metrics.
- Proven leadership skills with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, as we operate as a fully English-speaking organization.
