We are looking for mission-driven individuals to join us as we scale our impact.

- Collaborate with our product, analytics, and creative teams to implement a marketing-informed testing strategy that drives new customer acquisition at scale.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in consumer marketing, specifically within high-growth organizations.
- A proven track record of scaling businesses through a diverse portfolio of paid marketing channels and surfaces.
- At least 4 years of experience in people management.
