We are looking for a strategic Head of Growth Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At EasyLlama, we are redefining the HR compliance industry by replacing outdated training methods with interactive, mobile-first solutions that resonate with today’s workforce. With over 5,000 clients, including notable names like Sephora and Y Combinator, we have established ourselves as a leader in creating safer and more inclusive workplaces. As we continue our rapid expansion, we need an experienced leader to help us scale our impact and drive our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategies that effectively target our SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segments.
- Design and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve customer activation, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value across the entire user journey.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven experimentation.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, specifically focused on demand generation and lifecycle strategies.
- A strong data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in A/B testing, marketing attribution, and performance analytics.
- Hands-on expertise in managing digital channels like paid search, paid social, and email automation to drive measurable ROI.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer experience teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Demonstrated success in scaling marketing operations, implementing efficient workflows, and building high-impact teams.
What we offer
