Head of Growth Marketing at Good Eggs

We are currently looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this executive-level role, you will lead our acquisition and customer lifecycle efforts across all paid, owned, and earned channels. You will be responsible for driving new customer growth, enhancing retention, and maximizing the efficiency of our marketing investments while working closely with our leadership team to shape our strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel growth strategy that balances customer acquisition with long-term retention while optimizing for key metrics like ROAS and CAC.
• Oversee all performance marketing efforts, including search, social, and display advertising, while identifying and testing new growth opportunities such as offline channels and partnerships.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making to ensure our marketing systems operate with speed and agility.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, and a Master’s degree is considered a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in paid media platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as proficiency in CRM and lifecycle marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Braze.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling presentations for senior leadership.
• A genuine passion for the food industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the food system.
