Role at a glance

We are looking for a Head of Growth & Community to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position for an experienced leader who thrives in a remote environment. While our team is distributed across the globe, we need someone who can overlap their working hours with Eastern Standard Time to ensure seamless collaboration.

Your impact

• Design and implement a holistic community strategy that brings our vision of Verifiable Machine Intelligence to life.
• Cultivate a thriving ecosystem by engaging directly with challenge creators, modelers, and consumers across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Partner with our product and engineering teams to turn community feedback into actionable insights that drive our platform forward.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the intersection between Web3 and AI/ML. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:

• At least 5 years of experience in community management and growth hacking, specifically within the data science or blockchain sectors.
• A proven ability to build and scale online communities from the ground up.
• Expertise in managing content and engagement across channels like YouTube, Substack, and various social media platforms.
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for a diverse audience.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring community success.
• Fluency in English and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
