Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our FP&A processes by maintaining detailed financial models that accurately capture our complex revenue streams.
- Ensure our financial forecasts remain defensible and accurate, while prioritizing automation to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with our sales, legal, and product teams to structure and price complex enterprise deals.
- Analyze our data to uncover trends, identify operational inefficiencies, and explore new business opportunities.
- Develop clear, compelling financial narratives to share with strategic partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Establish best practices for financial operations and build out our finance team as the company continues to scale.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience leading finance functions at growth-stage startups.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into a persuasive financial story.
- A passion for building detailed financial models and a commitment to precision.
- Proven experience in pricing and structuring complex B2B enterprise deals.
- Direct, hands-on experience with startup transactions, such as acquisitions or investments.
- A naturally curious approach to problem-solving and a desire to perform high-impact work independently.
- Fluency in English.
