Having recently completed a successful pilot with a production application, we have proven that our technology works. We are now looking for an exceptional Head of Engineering to join us as an early leader and help us capture this significant market opportunity.

Requirements

To succeed in this executive role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience leading teams of high-urgency software engineers.
• A deep understanding of database systems design, data structures, algorithms, and low-latency programming.
• A track record of solving complex software challenges, such as building compilers or mission-critical distributed systems.
• A keen ability to identify talented engineers, including those early in their professional journeys.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Technical expertise in our current stack, which includes Linux, C++, SQL, TypeScript, Docker, Azure Cloud, and Azure DevOps.
