The opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our technical vision and the driving force behind our product roadmap. You will work directly with our founders to ensure our engineering efforts are perfectly aligned with our broader business goals. This is a unique chance to influence our organizational structure, define our development processes, and lead the expansion of our platform as we scale to meet new market demands.
A day in the life
- You will lead the end-to-end strategy and development of our Mobile Shopping Management platform, ensuring that our technical output remains high-performing and scalable.
- You will serve as a hands-on technical leader, writing code while simultaneously mentoring our engineers and setting the standard for best practices across the entire team.
- You will own the product roadmap and collaborate with our sales and account management teams to drive solutioning, pre-sales efforts, and new business growth.
Who you are
You are an experienced executive who understands the intersection of software engineering and product leadership. You possess a deep background in mobile technology and have a proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations. You are comfortable acting as a brand ambassador, whether you are presenting at industry forums or building relationships with senior leaders and clients. You have a mastery of English and the ability to communicate complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
