What you'll be doing

• Drive high performance by guiding our tech leads and team members through their personal development, ensuring our workflows are efficient, and fostering a collaborative environment where the team can thrive.
• Get things done by taking charge of key initiatives, juggling resources, and making the tough decisions necessary to ensure projects cross the finish line on time.
• Lead the evolution of our platform by making critical architectural decisions that keep our systems robust, scalable, and maintainable as we continue to grow.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a leader with a strong background in software development and team management. You should have a proven track record of growing engineering teams within startup or scale-up environments, along with a product-first mindset. We value experience with Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of how to balance fast delivery with long-term platform stability. Technical expertise in Python and AWS is highly preferred, as is experience managing teams through periods of significant scaling. You must be comfortable working in an international setting and possess a genuine passion for travel. Proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively with our diverse team.
