We are looking for a visionary Head of Engineering to join us in this mission and lead our talented technical team as we make education more accessible and personalized for every student.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead and mentor our engineering team, providing guidance to engineering managers while overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a high-performing culture.
- You will refine our engineering processes to ensure our tech stack remains scalable, reliable, and secure, while balancing the need for rapid delivery with thoughtful, long-term technical investments.
- You will collaborate closely with our product and design teams to deliver an exceptional user experience, ensuring that our technical decisions align with our broader goals and stakeholder needs.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in engineering leadership and a passion for driving innovation. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles.
- A deep understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
- Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
What you'll get
