What is this role?

We are seeking a Head of Engineering to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an executive-level position designed for a seasoned professional who can guide our technical strategy and manage our engineering organization. You will be responsible for driving the development of innovative solutions that help our business grow while ensuring our users have a fantastic experience.

What will you do?

• Provide leadership for our engineering department while overseeing the entire software development lifecycle.
• Establish our technical roadmap and ensure that every member of the team is working toward our core company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with our product, design, and operations teams to launch new features and products that meet our high standards for quality and timely delivery.
