What you bring
As a senior leader in a full-time, remote role available to anyone, you will be responsible for setting the pace of our development and fostering a culture of rapid iteration. Your daily work will center on the following core responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring our engineers to remove roadblocks and maintain high velocity.
- Designing and owning a best-in-class developer experience by implementing workflows that eliminate friction.
- Making critical architectural and security decisions that balance immediate speed with long-term system resilience.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with proven leadership experience in fast-moving startups or scaleups. You should be a pragmatic builder who understands that momentum beats perfection. We value a strong startup operator mindset, meaning you have experience taking products from the initial concept through hyper-growth. You must be comfortable with our core stack, which includes TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL, and possess a solid understanding of infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP. A deep interest in AI-assisted workflows and a focus on developer experience are essential. You should be fluent in English and ready to lead with a focus on execution, monitoring, and performance.
