Head of DevSecOps at Beekeeper

What is this role?

We are searching for an experienced Head of DevSecOps to join our team in Poland. This is a full-time, executive-level position that operates under a hybrid work model. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our infrastructure and security strategies, leading a world-class team to ensure our platform remains reliable, secure, and highly performant for our global user base.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor our Security and DevOps teams to foster a culture of high performance and customer-centric innovation.
• Strengthen our overall security posture while maintaining our world-class certifications and standards.
• Oversee our infrastructure to ensure we consistently meet and exceed our 99.9% uptime reliability goals.

You are a visionary leader with a deep technical background and a commitment to continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable results that impact the entire organization. To be successful, you should possess:

• A strong foundation in engineering and DevOps, with at least five years of experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Deep technical expertise in networking, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience managing large-scale cloud environments across multiple datacenters and working cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively within our international environment.
• A relentless focus on the customer and the ability to build a compelling vision for your team.
