Role at a glance

We are seeking a Head of Developer Relations to join our team in a full-time, senior-level capacity. This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from anywhere in the world who are ready to drive our developer strategy forward.

Your impact

• Drive Developer Growth: You will define our strategic vision to ensure Uniswap is viewed as an innovative and bold leader in the industry, launching programs that establish our presence through thought leadership and evangelism.
• Expand Our Community: You will lead global efforts to recruit and nurture world-class developer advocates, acting as both a player and a coach to build vibrant grassroots communities.
• Lead Events and Content: You will spearhead our strategy for hackathons and developer events, while directing the creation of compelling content that inspires builders to create hooks and ecosystem tooling.

What you'll need

• Significant software engineering experience, including the ability to build using popular onchain libraries. You should expect to spend at least 25% of your time coding.
• A strong background with GitHub and a proven track record of creating high-quality developer content.
• Deep technical expertise and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, viral experiences for the developer community.
• Experience building and participating in onchain communities focused on public goods and creator funding.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• A willingness to travel globally to represent us at hackathons and industry events.
• Fluency in English.
