What you bring

As our Head of Data Platform, you will step into a full-time, lead-level role based in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for driving our data strategy while fostering a high-performing culture within our engineering and science teams. Your work will be central to how we use technology to influence commercial outcomes.

• Leading, coaching, and developing our data platform, data science, and machine learning capabilities.
• Developing and executing a data strategy that directly aligns with our commercial goals.
• Establishing standardized processes and practices to maximize the quality and efficiency of our data operations across the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in data analytics, science, or engineering management. You should possess a deep technical background in SQL, GCP, Looker, and Alteryx, along with proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++. A strong grasp of ETL, data lakes, and machine learning concepts is essential. Beyond your technical expertise, you must be a skilled leader who knows how to coach teams, manage distributed stakeholders, and influence senior decision-makers. We value individuals who are commercially minded, capable of managing high-pressure projects, and committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and belonging. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
