About the Role
We are looking for a Head of CRM to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this senior leadership position, you will spearhead the development and implementation of CRM strategies for our platforms, including kurz-mal-weg.de, kurzurlaub.de, and kurzurlaub.at. Your work will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and increasing the overall value of our user base by creating engaging, personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide both disciplinary and professional leadership to a team of 2 to 3 employees.
- Collaborate with your team to design and execute innovative CRM strategies and technical solutions.
- Oversee the technical infrastructure and optimization of our CRM systems to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
- Define relevant customer segments to facilitate targeted, automated, and highly personalized communication.
Requirements
- A university degree combined with at least 5 years of experience in B2C CRM, including a proven track record of managing technical projects.
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in working with large datasets and complex IT initiatives.
- Expertise in coordinating sophisticated CRM projects across cross-functional departments, such as product and engineering, supported by excellent project management abilities.
- A collaborative spirit with outstanding communication skills and a focus on teamwork.
- Proficiency in German and a good command of English.
- Prior experience with CRM solutions, specifically Emarsys, is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This role is based in Germany, with office locations available in Leipzig, Berlin, or Schwerin.
