The role

We are searching for a Head of Content to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level leadership position designed for a visionary professional who can oversee our large content creation department. You will play a vital role in scaling our curriculum production while ensuring we maintain the high standards our users expect.

Core responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive strategies for large-scale curriculum development, integrating advanced technologies to streamline our production workflows.
• Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse group of authors, artists, and editors, fostering an inclusive culture that encourages high performance and professional development.
• Partner with product and strategy teams to ensure all content meets rigorous educational standards, regulatory requirements, and our internal quality benchmarks.

Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong background in content production and a deep commitment to educational excellence. Key requirements include:

• Extensive experience in curriculum development or large-scale content creation projects.
• A proven history of managing teams and navigating complex project management environments.
• Technical proficiency with modern content development tools and educational platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a large, distributed team.
• A bachelor’s degree in a field such as English, Education, or Communications is preferred.
