What you bring

As our Head of Channel Partnerships, you will operate in a full-time, lead capacity to design and scale a world-class partner program. You will be responsible for defining our global strategy to expand our reach across key verticals such as broadcast, live entertainment, and film. This role is available in the United States or the United Kingdom, with a hybrid work model. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-impact channel partners, including systems integrators and live event specialists.
  • Building and executing joint business plans to accelerate pipeline creation and drive significant incremental revenue.
  • Establishing performance metrics and dashboards to optimize partner ROI and ensure alignment with our global sales objectives.

Requirements

We are looking for a strategic thinker with over six years of experience in high-growth sales environments. You should have a proven track record of building global channel programs that integrate hardware, software, and services. Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC are essential for your success in this role. You must be a strong communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at the C-level, and you should possess the analytical skills to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
