What you bring

We are looking for a motivated professional to join us as our Head of Brokerage. This is a full-time, mid-level role based in Cyprus that operates on a hybrid basis. You will play a key role in our infrastructure and market analysis efforts, ensuring our brokerage services remain top-tier. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and overseeing our core trading infrastructure.
• Analyzing competitive market trends and evaluating potential risks to our operations.
• Managing essential communications with regulatory bodies like CySEC, auditors, and our various service providers.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong grasp of financial markets and trading platforms, with previous experience in the brokerage sector being a significant advantage. We value candidates who possess sharp analytical skills, a talent for data processing, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team. You must be proficient in English at a B2 level and demonstrate a genuine drive to grow your expertise in this field. While not required immediately, holding a CySEC advanced certificate is highly desirable. If you do not have it yet, we are happy to support your professional development by covering the costs for the exam and preparation materials.
