The role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand Marketing to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is an executive-level position based out of our New York City office in the Flatiron district. You will report directly to our Co-founder and CMO, serving as a key architect of our brand’s voice, visual identity, and overall market presence. We need a strategic leader who is comfortable navigating the fast-paced nature of a growing ecommerce company while balancing high-level creative direction with data-driven execution.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and foster long-term revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of creatives and marketers to maintain a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
- Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media, email, and high-profile partnerships, while ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our core values.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape and a passion for building consumer brands. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Over 8 to 10 years of professional marketing experience, with a strong focus on the direct-to-consumer and ecommerce sectors.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in leadership and people management, specifically in developing high-performing teams.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights and campaign data into actionable brand strategies.
- Expertise in both creative storytelling and digital marketing channels, including direct response tactics.
- The ability to work onsite at our New York City office three days a week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- A flexible, strategic approach to problem-solving that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
