About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. In this executive-level role, you will act as the primary architect of our brand’s voice and market presence. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue while leading a talented group of creatives and marketers. This position is a hybrid role that requires you to work from our New York City office in the Flatiron district.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine our brand positioning and messaging to ensure our products stand out in the marketplace with a unique value proposition.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and content across all channels, including email, social media, and influencer partnerships, to boost engagement and conversion.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on the ecommerce and direct-to-consumer sectors.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership or people management role.
- The ability to work onsite at our New York office three days per week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- A proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive both brand awareness and measurable revenue growth.
- Expertise in both brand marketing and digital marketing channels, combined with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
Location
This position is based in the United States, with a required physical presence at our office in New York City.
