As we prepare for a new phase of rapid product expansion and broader marketing efforts, we are looking for a creative and strategic leader to help us tell our story to the world.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to join our team in a full-time, executive capacity. This is a hybrid role based out of our office in the Flatiron district of New York City. You will report directly to our Co-founder and CMO, taking ownership of our brand identity and market presence. We need someone with extensive experience in the ecommerce and direct-to-consumer space who can translate our values into compelling narratives that drive real business growth.
What will you do?
- Develop and elevate our brand positioning to ensure our products stand out in the market with a unique and clear value proposition.
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns and content across all channels, including email, social media, and influencer partnerships, while ensuring a consistent tone of voice.
- Manage and mentor a talented team of creatives and marketers, fostering an environment of innovation and accountability while collaborating with cross-functional partners to align our brand efforts with overall business objectives.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a strategic thinker with 8 to 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. You have a proven track record of success in the ecommerce industry and a deep understanding of both brand and direct response marketing. We value candidates who are comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a growing company and who can navigate changing priorities with flexibility. You should be proficient in English and ready to work from our New York office three days a week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
