Terraformation is on a mission to restore native forests to capture carbon, revive ecosystems, and support communities worldwide. As our Head of Brand Engagement, you’ll drive bold campaigns, strategic PR, and high-impact storytelling that inspire global action. Your work will position Terraformation as the leader in large-scale reforestation and make reforestation a top climate solution.

Location: Remote; US preferred

Salary: Salary: $130,000 - $150,000, plus equity (depending on location and experience), and eligible for a performance-based bonus

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute creative, multi-channel campaigns that build awareness and engagement.

Lead PR efforts, securing high-impact media coverage and forging strong journalist relationships.

Create compelling content and stories that capture global attention.

Manage a network of content creators, agencies, and partners to amplify our impact.

Track brand performance metrics and optimize strategies for greater reach.

Inspire action from investors, policymakers, and corporate leaders to accelerate reforestation.

What You’ll Bring

10+ years of experience in brand marketing, PR, publicity, or strategic communications.

A track record of creating campaigns that generate buzz and real-world action.

Strong media relations skills and experience securing top-tier press coverage.

Expertise in content marketing, digital storytelling, and audience growth strategies.

Passion for sustainability, climate action, and environmental storytelling.

Leadership experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with voluntary carbon markets, ESG, or nature-based climate solutions.

Experience building brands in the US and Europe.

Bonus points: Multilingual skills (Spanish or French preferred).
