We are looking for a Head of Banking Solutions to join our team in Switzerland on a full-time, on-site basis. In this leadership role, you will act as the primary bridge between our group’s banking requirements and the technological capabilities of our core banking operations, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic roadmap for our banking technology, ensuring it aligns with our broader business objectives.
Oversee the maintenance, stability, and continuous improvement of our core banking systems and related infrastructure.
Manage complex integrations between our core systems, front-end applications, and third-party financial service providers to ensure seamless data flow.
Ensure all technical solutions meet strict regulatory and tax reporting standards while supporting audit activities and legal requests.
Lead a team of business analysts to translate complex needs from Finance, ALM, and Risk Management into functional technical specifications.
Provide dedicated support to Finance and ALM functions, ensuring high data quality for modeling and reporting.
Mentor and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of operational rigor and professional development.
Manage the departmental budget and oversee vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to service-level agreements.

Must-haves

Proven experience in a management or leadership role within the financial sector.
Deep expertise in banking technology, including core banking systems and backend operations.
Strong background in business analysis and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements in a banking environment.
Demonstrated success in vendor management and leading cross-functional teams.
Professional proficiency in English.
