We are partnering with a pioneering precision health company that is changing how individuals and practitioners approach wellness. By utilizing clinical-grade microbiome testing and genomic technology, our client provides actionable insights that help people uncover the root causes of their health concerns. We are currently looking for a driven leader to help scale their B2B partnerships and expand their impact in the health and wellness space.
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of B2B Partnerships to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level role designed for someone who thrives on growth and wants to take ownership of our partnership engine. You will work directly with our CEO to identify new opportunities, manage the full deal cycle, and build the operational systems necessary to scale our outreach and closing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new partnership leads while maintaining a consistent pipeline of outbound and inbound opportunities.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial discovery and pitch meetings to final negotiation and closing.
- Develop and refine a repeatable partnerships playbook, including the creation of templates and tracking systems to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in driving business growth and managing complex relationships. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or strategic growth.
- A proven track record of sourcing leads, executing outbound strategies, and successfully closing deals.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data-driven value propositions to external partners.
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency with modern productivity and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
