As we continue to scale our work with Fortune 500 companies, we are looking for a Head of B2B Marketing to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will report directly to our CEO and take the lead in shaping our marketing strategy to drive demand, acquisition, and engagement across our target industries.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness and accelerate our sales funnel, including managing our web presence, paid media campaigns, and PR efforts.
- Create high-impact content, such as compelling case studies and narratives, that highlight the tangible business and human value of our partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and optimize our B2B marketing team by managing current staff and contractors while scaling the department to meet our long-term growth goals.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on selling early-stage products to large enterprise clients.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate various marketing domains and adapt quickly to shifting business needs.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the capacity to balance data-driven ROI analysis with human-centric narratives.
- Strong technical proficiency, specifically with tools like HubSpot, and a data-savvy approach to decision-making.
- A hands-on leadership style that is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
