The role

We are looking for an innovative Head of AI Programs to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, with options to work from our Burlingame headquarters or from locations within the San Francisco Bay Area or the Los Angeles area. You will be the driving force behind our organizational AI initiatives, shaping our long-term strategy and ensuring the successful execution of complex, high-impact technology projects.

Core responsibilities

• Strategy Development: You will define a comprehensive AI vision that aligns with our core business objectives, identifying new opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.
• Program Management and Execution: You will oversee a portfolio of programs across multiple departments, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Performance and Impact Measurement: You will establish key performance metrics and utilize data analytics to evaluate the success of our AI programs, ensuring every project delivers tangible business results.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in both leadership and technical strategy. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of experience in program management and executive leadership, specifically with large-scale projects involving multiple business functions.
• Proven success in driving the implementation of strategic initiatives within a growing organization.
• Technical proficiency with technologies such as LLM, ML, RAG, and model fine-tuning.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and aligning technical roadmaps with overarching organizational goals.
