What is this role?
We are seeking a Head of Advanced Threat Defense to join our team in London on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that will report directly to our Chief Information Security and Trust Officer. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our security posture, working across our Product, Trust and Safety, and Incident Response teams to ensure our defenses remain industry-leading and scalable.
What will you do?
- Develop and refine our core strategies for detecting and neutralizing bots, scams, and fraudulent accounts.
- Leverage machine learning models and advanced threat intelligence tools to collect, analyze, and enrich our security data.
- Perform comprehensive forensic analysis on suspicious digital activities to uncover the origins and tactics of emerging threats.

- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, such as GIAC certifications.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go.
- A solid grasp of network protocols, operating system dynamics, and mobile device security.
- Extensive knowledge of machine learning frameworks, dynamic analysis, and graph-based analysis techniques.
- The ability to communicate complex security topics clearly and work effectively within a matrixed organization.
- Fluency in English.
