Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in the United States. We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 12 years of account management expertise to lead our client services and internal team operations. You will be a key pillar of our leadership, working alongside our creative, production, and strategy heads to build something truly special.
Your impact
- Client Partnership: You will serve as the primary contact for our most senior brand partners, leading scope negotiations, driving organic growth, and acting as the ultimate closer during pitches and new business development.
- Team Leadership: You will cultivate a high-performing, flexible team by setting clear processes, mentoring staff, and fostering a human-first culture that balances client demands with the well-being of our people.
- Operational Excellence: You will act as the bridge between creative, production, and finance, ensuring that every project is profitable, well-crafted, and executed with strategic precision.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a collaborative and strategic thinker who is comfortable in a startup environment. We require:
- At least 12 years of experience in account management, with brand or in-house experience being a significant advantage.
- Deep knowledge of production processes and the ability to teach those skills to others.
- Expertise in business development, including deck writing and leading high-stakes pitches.
- A proven ability to navigate legal documents and agency general counsel requirements.
- Fluency in English and the ability to travel to client sites as required.
