We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team in Nigeria as our Head of Marketing. Key outcomes
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans for each financial year.

- Track team performance closely and provide the motivation necessary to hit our goals.
- Lead regular sales review meetings to analyze pipelines and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage key customer accounts while overseeing our technical maintenance strategy.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Conduct individual reviews with Marketing Executives to address challenges and support professional growth.
- Deliver detailed performance reports and activity charts to senior leadership.
- Supervise the development of high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Manage and maintain strict adherence to our approved budget.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess extensive experience in a senior marketing or sales leadership capacity. We require a candidate who demonstrates deep expertise in marketing, sales planning, and go-to-market execution. You must be highly skilled in team management and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as you will be communicating complex strategies and managing diverse stakeholders across our organization.
