Head Chef at Arvantis

We are a growing international restaurant group based in the heart of London, and we are currently looking for a talented culinary leader to join our team. Our restaurant focuses on seasonal, modern contemporary European cuisine, serving guests in an intimate 60-seat setting with an average spend of 60 GBP per person. We take pride in our high standards and our dedicated brigade of 14 chefs who work together in a busy, open kitchen environment.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Head Chef to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for a creative and driven professional who has at least two years of experience managing a large kitchen team. You will be responsible for the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our culinary vision is executed perfectly while mentoring our staff and managing the financial health of the back-of-house operations.

What will you do?

• Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and food safety.
• Lead and coach our brigade of 14 chefs, focusing on training, professional development, and maximizing team productivity to improve our overall efficiency.
• Manage the financial side of the kitchen, which includes controlling costs, implementing new menus, and maintaining strict adherence to our recipe standards.

• Fluency in English to effectively lead your team and collaborate with the wider group.
