Hardware Specialist at Keeran Networks

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Specialist to join our team in Canada for a full-time, on-site role. At Keeran Networks, we provide comprehensive technology solutions, and you will play a vital part in guiding our clients toward the best hardware and software options, ranging from workstations and servers to firewalls and wireless access points.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver hardware and software quotes for clients within one business day.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to follow up on quotes and secure sales.
• Evaluate product quality and costs to provide informed recommendations to our sales and service teams.
• Research innovative solutions that align with our service offerings.
• Negotiate competitive pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage the procurement process to meet client deadlines and provide timely updates on delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate item records across our internal tools, including QuoteWerks, ConnectWise, and QuickBooks.
• Handle the return and exchange of defective equipment and maintain strict inventory control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance our purchasing power and margin potential.
• Complete necessary vendor reporting for partners like Microsoft and VMware.
