Led by CEO Jamie Siminoff, we are currently seeking a Senior Hardware Quality Engineer to join our team on-site in the United States to help us continue redefining the way people live and work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis on hardware product failures and issues.
- Identify high-risk failure modes during the engineering development process.
- Ensure all products consistently meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Take ownership of the collection, reporting, and analysis of product failure data.
- Provide technical support for emergency requests and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Manage the testing, assembly, and shipping of hardware devices.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to failure analysis.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in using quality analysis software and tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.
- Experience working with embedded systems and electrical design.
- A solid understanding of standard communication protocols, including UART, SPI, I2C, and RS232.
- Fluency in English.
