What you bring

As a Senior Hardware Manager, you will work in a full-time capacity at our office in the United Kingdom. You will guide our development team through the entire hardware life cycle, ensuring that our complex products meet the highest quality standards. Your role involves active collaboration with software engineers, testers, and FPGA experts to deliver excellence. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Managing and prioritizing the hardware team's backlog to ensure project goals are met.
• Overseeing new project introductions, which includes managing budgets, prototype builds, and the ramp-up to full production.
• Handling the product lifecycle and sustaining activities for all released projects.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of solid experience in hardware engineering. You should be highly proficient in technical project management, with a proven ability to track milestones and schedules effectively. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will frequently report project status to executive leadership. You must be comfortable leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Fluency in English is required for this role, and we value candidates who demonstrate a deep understanding of the full hardware design process.
