What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior GTM Sourcer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in India, where you will report directly to the Manager of Global GTM Recruiting. In this position, you will play a vital role in building our talent pipeline for both technical and non-technical departments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to grow, as the role may quickly evolve into a full-cycle recruiting position where you will manage launch meetings with hiring managers and lead the end-to-end recruitment process.
What will you do?
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to deeply understand their specific hiring needs, goals, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Act as a brand ambassador by networking, planning recruiting events, and providing a professional, welcoming experience for all candidates.

- At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent function.
- Strong knowledge of technical sourcing techniques and a desire to continue growing your skills.
- Proven experience researching and sourcing talent through various social media channels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a self-motivated approach to work.
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks both internally and externally.
- Fluency in English.
